• 500g chicken breast flattened
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 2 tbs Honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 small clove garlic (minced)
  • Apple cider vinegar
  1. Place your bamboo skewers into the water and soak until needed so they do not burn in the pan.
  2. In a bowl, jam jar mix together the soy, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and vinegar. Shake to combine.
  3. Cut the chicken into strips and put in a bowl, pour the mixture from the jam jar over thoroughly to coat the chicken. Leave for 30 mins – 4 hours to marinate.
  4. Take a griddle pan and lightly oil the surface so the chicken does not stick and heat until hot.
  5. Take the chicken and weave it onto the skewers, cook 5 mins each side or until cooked all the way through.
