- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp each of salt & pepper
- 2 salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 210c
- Mix together all ingredients and then add to a large Ziploc bag along with salmon fillets and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Add marinated salmon to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 12 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked and flaky. Serve and enjoy!
