Prepare time: 20 min Cook: 30min Ready in: 50 min  

Kids will love this grab and go meal! Why not serve with cut up veggies and hummus (See recipies for hummus).


  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Onion
  • 6 small mushrooms
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tbs Sweetcorn
  • 150ml chicken stock
  • 100ml sour cream
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • pre-made filo puff pastry
  • 100g butter, melted


1Pre heat the over to 180c

2Cut the chcicken into 1cm chunks

3Dice the onions and the mushrooms up extra fine and cook over a medium heat with a table spoon of olive oil for 5 mins until soft.

4Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned.

5Cut up the broccoli up into small pieces and add to the pan with the chicken stock and sweetcorn. Cook until the pan is nearly dry.

6stir in the sour cream. Place the mixture into a bowl and leave in the fridge to cool.

7Place the sheet of filo onto the work surface lightly flouring undert so it does not stivck to counter. And cut into 4 squares roughtly 10cm by 10cm

8Place the cooles mixture into the center of the squares and fold the bottom left hand corner up to the right hand corner to form a triangle. crimp with a folk to seal it.

9Place on a baking tray and brush with melted butter.

10Place in the centre go the overn for 20 minutes or untill golden brown.
