- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Onion
- 6 small mushrooms
- 100g broccoli
- 2 tbs Sweetcorn
- 150ml chicken stock
- 100ml sour cream
- 2 tbs olive oil

1Pre heat the over to 180c
3Dice the onions and the mushrooms up extra fine and cook over
4Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
5Cut up the broccoli up into small pieces and add to the pan with the chicken stock and sweetcorn. Cook until the pan is nearly dry.
