• 300g Butter
  • 180g Golden syrup
  • 150g Light brown sugar
  • 350g Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 50g Pumpkin seeds
  • 50g Raisins

Pre-heat your oven to 180°c and grease a baking tray generously with butter.

In a large pan, warm the butter, golden syrup and sugar, keep stiring regularly – until melted together.

In a large bowl, lightly mix the oats, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds and rasins before adding the melted mixture and stirring until all the oats are covered.

Transfer the mixture to your pre-greased tray and smooth the mixture into the corners.

Bake in your pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Leave to cool and enjoy with some fresh fruit.
