Ingredients

  • 2 pints Chicken stock
  • Fresh noodles
  • Fresh bok choy
  • 2 finely chopped scallion
  • 1/4 lemon
  • Shredded chicken

Directions

1Add the chicken stock to a pan and bring to the boil.

2Add the bok choy, scallions and lemon and chook for 2-3mins.

3Add the fresh noodles and cook for 2-3 mins, if using dried noodles you will need to cook these sepratly first.

4Remover the lemon and serve in a bowl with the shraded chicken on top.
