1/2 can white beans
20g cooked chicken (optional)
- Drain and rinse the beans and add to a pan along with the peeled and cubed parsnip and 200ml water.
- Bring to the boil until the parsnip is soft and you can easily put a fork into it.
- Remove from heat and drain any excess water. Add chicken at this point if using.
- Blend till smooth, if it is too thick add some boiled water until you reach desired consistency.
