  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp each of salt & pepper
  • 2 salmon fillets

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 210c
  • Mix together all ingredients and then add to a large Ziploc bag along with salmon fillets and marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Add marinated salmon to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 12 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked and flaky. Serve and enjoy!
