- 300g Butter
- 180g Golden syrup
- 150g Light brown sugar
- 350g Rolled oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 50g Pumpkin seeds
- 50g Raisins
In a large pan, warm the butter, golden syrup
In a large bowl, lightly mix the oats, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds and rasins before adding the melted mixture and stirring until all the oats are covered.
Transfer the mixture to your pre-greased tray and smooth the mixture into the corners.
Bake in your pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden. Leave to cool and enjoy with some fresh fruit.
