Easy Olive Oil, Tomato and Basil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked fan pasta
  • 1 cup Mini tomatoes
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 rashes cooked streaky bacon
  • Mini roman lettuce leaves

Method

  • Lightly toss the tomatoes in the olive oil over high heat for 3 mins and then add to the cooked pasta.
  • Cut the bacon into strips and sprinkle over pasta.
  • Serve on a crunchy lettuce leaf
