- 2 cups cooked fan pasta
- 1 cup Mini tomatoes
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 rashes cooked streaky bacon
- Mini roman lettuce leaves
- Lightly toss the tomatoes in the olive oil over high heat for 3 mins and then add to the cooked pasta.
- Cut the bacon into strips and sprinkle over pasta.
- Serve on a crunchy lettuce leaf
