- 1 chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
- 1 pint of chicken stock
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and diced
- Bring the chicken stock to the boil and add all the ingredients.
- Bring back to the boil and cook until you are able to mash the veggies with the back of a fork and the chicken is cooked all the way trough.
- Add extra boiling water if needed.
- Remove from heat and blend till smooth.
