Ingredients

1/2 can white beans
1 parsnip
20g cooked chicken (optional)

Method

  1. Drain and rinse the beans and add to a pan along with the peeled and cubed parsnip and 200ml water.
  2. Bring to the boil until the parsnip is soft and you can easily put a fork into it.
  3. Remove from heat and drain any excess water. Add chicken at this point if using.
  4. Blend till smooth, if it is too thick add some boiled water until you reach desired consistency.
